DTF Gang Sheets
A gang sheet is one 22×24″ sheet packed with as many designs as you can fit — the more space you fill, the cheaper each print gets. Here’s how to lay it out so every piece cuts, weeds, and presses perfectly.
The basics
Instead of ordering each design on its own little transfer, you “gang” them together onto a single 22×24″ sheet. You pay for the sheet, not the piece count — so packing it tight is how you drive your cost per print down.
A gang sheet is a 22×24″ full-color DTF sheet filled with multiple designs — logos, names, graphics, repeats, whatever you need — all printed together with a white underbase.
After it prints, you simply cut each design out of the sheet and press them onto your garments one at a time.
Because you’re buying the sheet space, fitting more designs into the same 22×24″ area lowers the cost of each individual transfer.
Empty space is wasted space — fill the gaps and you get more usable prints out of every sheet. There are no order minimums.
Two ways to order
Pick whichever fits how you work. Both print on the same 22×24″ sheet — the difference is just who arranges the designs.
Upload your individual designs and arrange them right in your browser. Resize, duplicate, and slide each piece around the sheet until it’s packed the way you want — the tool keeps everything inside the printable edges for you.
Best when you have several separate files and want help laying them out.
Open the builderAlready laid out your sheet in your own design software? Flatten it to a single 22×24″ transparent file and send it over — we print exactly what you upload, no rearranging on our end.
Best when you want full control over spacing and placement.
Upload a finished sheetLayout tips
A few small habits make the whole sheet easier to cut apart, weed, and press — and squeeze in more prints while you’re at it.
Keep roughly 0.25–0.5 inch between designs. That breathing room makes each piece easy to cut out and weed without nicking its neighbor.
Keep every design fully within the sheet edges. Anything that runs off the border can get clipped, so pull artwork in from the margins.
Cluster similar sizes together. Tidy rows of like-sized designs nest more efficiently and leave fewer awkward gaps.
Drop in extra copies, smaller graphics, or names to fill the gaps. A packed sheet means more transfers and a lower cost per print.

File prep
Whether you use the builder or upload a finished sheet, clean source files print sharper. Get each design right and the whole sheet looks crisp.
| What | Use this |

Low-resolution or upscaled artwork prints soft no matter how well it’s laid out. When in doubt, start from a 300 DPI file at print size — full details are in the artwork guidelines.
Questions
Quick answers to the things people ask most when building their first sheet.
Every gang sheet is 22×24″. You fill that single sheet with as many designs as you can fit, then cut each one out after it prints.
Leave about 0.25–0.5 inch between designs. That little gap makes each piece easy to cut out and weed cleanly without catching the design next to it.
Use the Gang Sheet Builder if you have separate design files and want to arrange them in your browser. Use Upload Gang Sheet if you’ve already laid out a finished 22×24″ sheet in your own software and want it printed exactly as-is.
Yes. You’re paying for the 22×24″ sheet, so the more designs you fit into that space, the lower your cost per individual print. Filling empty space is the easiest way to get more value out of each sheet.
A transparent PNG at 300 DPI at print size works best. We also accept AI, SVG, and PDF. Files are RGB, and a white underbase is automatically applied for dark garments.
No. There are no order minimums — order a single gang sheet or as many as you need.
Arrange your designs in the Gang Sheet Builder, or send us a finished 22×24″ sheet — either way, full-color DTF with a white underbase, no order minimums.
