Everything about ordering DTF transfers, prepping your files, pressing and caring for them, and how we ship from Spring, Texas. Can’t find it here? We’re a message away.
There are four routes. Use the Gang Sheet Builder to arrange multiple designs in your browser, choose Upload Gang Sheet if you already have a finished sheet, pick Upload Images to send individual artwork files, or browse DTF transfers by size for single transfers. Pick whichever matches what you already have on hand.
No. There are no order minimums — order a single transfer or a few hundred, whatever your project needs.
A gang sheet is a 22×24″ sheet filled with multiple designs so you get more transfers per sheet. Build one in the Gang Sheet Builder or send a finished file through Upload Gang Sheet. Leave some spacing between designs so each transfer cuts cleanly. See the gang sheet guide for details.
Yes. Our ready-to-press transfers are full-color DTF with a white underbase, printed and ready to heat-press onto your garment — no extra setup on your end.
We do. See wholesale & bulk orders to get started. Bulk and complex jobs get a confirmed timeline first so you know exactly when your order ships.
A transparent PNG at 300 DPI at the actual print size gives the best results. We also accept AI, SVG, and PDF files. Full guidance is in our artwork guidelines.
Set your artwork to 300 DPI at print size and supply it in RGB. A clean, high-resolution file at the size it will actually print keeps every edge crisp on the transfer.
No — a white underbase is applied automatically for dark garments so your colors stay bright and opaque. You just send the artwork; we handle the underbase.
Transparency tells us exactly which areas should print and which should stay garment-colored. A flat white or colored background would print as part of the transfer, so export your PNG with a transparent background. See the artwork guidelines for export tips.
Press the transfer at 300°F (150°C) for 10–15 seconds with medium-firm pressure. First pre-press the garment for 5 seconds to remove moisture and wrinkles, then press the transfer. Full steps are in the pressing instructions.
Cold peel. Let the carrier film fully cool before you peel it away. Peeling while it’s still warm can lift or distort the design.
Yes, for the best and most durable result. After a cold peel, cover the design with parchment paper and re-press for 5 seconds. This step locks the transfer in and improves wash durability.
A proper press — cold peel plus the parchment re-press — gives you the most durable, wash-ready result. Turn garments inside out and wash gently to keep the print looking its best over time. See the pressing instructions for the complete recipe.
