Welcome to Raccoon Print (“we,” “us,” “our”). By accessing or using raccoonprint.com (the “Site”) and purchasing our custom DTF transfers and apparel products (“Products”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site or place an order.

1. Use of Site

  • You may browse and place orders for Products in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws.
  • You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose or to interfere with its operation.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any user violating these Terms.

3. Orders & Payment

  • All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.
  • Prices displayed on the Site are in USD and may change without notice.
  • Payment must be made at the time of order via our secure gateway.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.

4. Intellectual Property

  • All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and designs, is our property or licensed to us and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

5. User-Generated Content

  • When you submit designs or artwork (“User Content”) for printing, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display the User Content solely to fulfill your order.
  • You represent and warrant that you own all rights to the User Content and that its use will not violate any third-party rights.

6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

  • The Site and Products are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
  • Our liability for any claim arising from these Terms or use of the Site is limited to the amount you paid for the Product.
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Raccoon Print and its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of your use of the Site, breach of these Terms, or infringement of any rights.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
  • Any dispute arising under or related to these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas.

We may modify these Terms at any time. The “Last Updated” date at the top will reflect changes. Your continued use of the Site after revisions constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
