Refund Policy

Raccoon Print (“we,” “us,” “our”) strives for your complete satisfaction with every premium custom DTF transfer and apparel order. Please read our refund and exchange policy carefully to understand your rights and how to request a return or refund.

1. Eligibility for Refunds & Exchanges

  • Defective or Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged or with a printing defect, you are eligible for a full refund or replacement.
  • Incorrect Items: If we ship the wrong design, size, or quantity, you may return the item for a full refund or exchange.
  • Standard Returns: Custom DTF transfers and personalized items are non-refundable unless defective or incorrect. Standard apparel items (e.g., blank t-shirts) may be returned within 14 days of delivery, unworn and unwashed, with tags intact.

2. Return & Refund Window

  • All refund or exchange requests must be made within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • Requests submitted after 14 days will not be accepted.

3. How to Request a Refund or Exchange

  1. Email us at [email protected] with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos (if applicable).
  2. Our support team will respond within 2 business days with instructions.
  3. For approved returns, we will provide a prepaid shipping label or instructions for returning the item.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

4. Shipping Costs & Restocking Fees

  • Refundable Shipments: We will cover return shipping costs for defective, damaged, or incorrect orders.
  • Customer-Initiated Returns: For non-defective apparel returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Restocking Fee: A 10% restocking fee may apply for customer-initiated returns of standard apparel items.

5. Non-Refundable Items

  • Custom-designed DTF transfers (unless defective or incorrect).
  • Final sale items marked “Non-Refundable” at checkout.
  • Any products showing signs of wear, washing, or alteration.

6. Exchanges

  • If you need a different size or color of a standard apparel item, request an exchange following the same process as a return.
  • Exchanges are subject to availability. If the desired item is unavailable, we will offer a refund instead.

7. Refund Processing Time

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive your return.
  • Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
