Raccoon Print ships premium custom DTF transfers and apparel orders from our facility in Spring, Texas. Please read the details below to understand our processing times, shipping methods, and tracking information.

1. Order Processing

• Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.
• Customization & Printing: Custom DTF transfers may require up to 2 additional business days depending on order volume and design complexity.
• Holiday Delays: Processing may be extended during major holidays; we will notify you by email if delays occur.

2. Shipping Methods & Carriers

• Standard Shipping (USPS First Class / UPS Ground):
  • Delivery in 3–7 business days after fulfillment.
  • Flat rate: $5.99 for orders under $75; free for orders $75 and above.
• Expedited Shipping (USPS Priority / UPS 2nd Day Air):
  • Delivery in 2–3 business days after fulfillment.
  • Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
• Overnight Shipping (FedEx Standard Overnight):
  • Next-business-day delivery if ordered before 12:00 PM CST.
  • Calculated at checkout.

3. International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping. All orders are shipped within the United States.

4. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

• Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and carrier link.
• You can also view tracking information in your account dashboard under “My Orders.”

5. Shipping Address & Delivery Issues

• Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses.
• If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to confirm or update the address. Additional shipping fees may apply.

6. Multiple Packages

Large orders may ship in multiple boxes. You will receive separate tracking numbers for each package.
